My husband and I chose Hotel Phoenix Atlanta for a two night staycation to celebrate our anniversary weekend, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived on Friday until we checked out on Sunday, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality. Everyone we encountered, including the valet team, front desk, restaurant staff, bellman, and housekeeping, was friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rich colors, artwork, and thoughtfully designed spaces create a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. It honestly felt like we had escaped to another city instead of being just 30 minutes from home. We also loved spending time at Bar Z and Bless Your Heart every day of our stay. The cocktails at Bar Z were excellent, and the rooftop atmosphere at Bless Your Heart was incredible. The live music on both Friday and Saturday evenings added the perfect touch to an already memorable anniversary weekend. Hotel Phoenix Atlanta delivered exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and an experience that made us want to stay even longer. We left feeling refreshed and have already decided this will be our go to spot for future staycations. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Phoenix Hotel Atlanta during the 2026 World Cup because of its excellent location near Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The location was definitely the biggest advantage and made getting to the matches very convenient. The valet team did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional, and always on time. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, but there was one area that could be improved. While they provided good service, they seemed to overlook guests waiting second in line, which made the arrival experience feel less organized. Unfortunately, the food and beverage experience at Zephyr Southern Brasserie was disappointing. We waited about 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and when our meal arrived, the chicken was undercooked. What was even more disappointing was the lack of a sincere apology or effort to address the situation. It felt like business as usual rather than genuine concern for the guest experience. As someone who has traveled extensively and stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, I also felt the hotel lacked a stronger sense of diversity and connection with the local community. Luxury is not only about beautiful buildings and great locations—it is also about making every guest feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Overall, the hotel's location is outstanding, especially for events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and the valet service was excellent. However, improvements in restaurant service, food quality, guest care, and overall hospitality would make the experience worthy of a true luxury hotel like that. Only Front Desk Jamal was Excellent in the front Desk and went to an xtra mile with the hospitality.

Location! This is a brand new, stunning glass building hotel in Downtown Atlanta. It is directly across the street from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, COSM, the CTR, and the Georgia World Congress Center. I mean, the location alone sets the standard and sets it apart. The inside of the hotel it designed beautifully with unique pieces throughout. After hearing about a rooftop pool and bar, i really wanted to check it out. The rooftop is on the 3rd floor but somehow still feels pretty high and delivers good views. It is very spacious with various seating types and areas. The bar area is covered to protect from the sun and is a fairly long/big bar. The pool is a an okay size and has an amazing view of the Stadium and the city facing that direction. The food was very tasty, and the drinks were made well. The service during my experience was the best part. Every employee was friendly, helpful, and Happy.

I stayed here with my family for a staycation which we usually do when we want to take a break from the house for a night and enjoy different parts of the Georgia. This was by the far the best hotel and experience I've had at a hotel out of every one we have stayed here in Georgia. The service was top tier, they gave a lot of attention to my girls and gave them welcome gifts as well which was lovely to see that they also put thought to the kids as well. Everything was in pristine well kept shape and it was walking distance to most of downtown Atlanta. We were able to walk to the aquarium and enjoy it the next day. Jamal and Kat were phenomenal and so friendly, courteous and helpful at the front desk. They both had absolute top notch customer service skills and staff like them add tremendously to the experience of why I'll definitely be back to stay here again.

10/10 experience. We decided last minute we wanted a hotel with a nice pool and we hit the jackpot staying here! The service was amazing from the start. James w. at the front desk was lovely for check in and check out and made us feel so welcome. Francisco took our luggage and showed us to our room with a smile. He was so nice!! We headed up to the pool where the drinks and views were phenomenal. I had forgotten sunscreen and asked Adonis where I could buy some, and that man pulled a tube out of his pocket for us to use! He was fabulous and we even found out that he went to elementary school with my husband. Overall the pool vibes were immaculate and we stayed out there for way longer than we expected. Later, we ate a delicious dinner with delicious Bordeaux at Zephyr and had the best night sleep we’ve had in a while (in part because we had a night away from our three kids, but also because the room was top tier comfort). Our whole time felt fortuitous and it was honestly the best stay my husband and I could have hoped for. Don’t skip out on this hotel. We WILL be back!!!
