Maple & Ash arrived from Chicago in May 2026 and took a corner of The Superette building on Seaport Boulevard. The signature move travels with it: a wood-fired hearth and a wine list that runs deep.

The I Don't Give A F*@k option hands the ordering to the chef, priced per person. It's the most expensive way to eat here, and the one people talk about afterward.
