Girl Nextdough does two things: house-made bagels and filled doughnuts. No sprawling bakery case, no croissant detour, just those two done well.

That focus is the whole strategy. On Maybank Highway, James Island's quieter commercial strip next to Folly Road, a shop that nails one thing tends to spread by word of mouth faster than one trying to do everything.
