Frozen matcha and liege waffles by Oz Park
Paper Tiger opened on West Webster in June 2026, behind a cobblestone entrance a couple of streets from Oz Park. It's a small cafe with an unusually playful drinks list.
The frozen matcha behaves more like an ICEE than a latte, and a lavender-lemon iced coffee sits next to it. Pastries and mini liege waffles cover the food side. Hours are 7am to 5pm every day of the week.

It’s a busy place so matcha is premade. It’s a long line on the weekends. The drinks were cute and the place is pretty but I don’t think it’s worth the wait.

Everything was just ok. Not bad not great. Service, pastry and drink. Got a savory croissant and they didn’t offer to heat it up. Also much louder than normal coffee shops. Probably won’t be coming back unless it’s convenient to do so.

The exterior of this spot is what drew me in, and its location makes for a perfect coffee & walk through the park! Friendly staff and great variety of drinks. I enjoyed dipping the salt bread into my latte!

Great coffee shop! My girlfriend and I both settled on the Draft Vanilla Cloud drink which did not disappoint… the artwork here was also very cool!

What an amazing new cafe! The lavender lemon iced latte is so unique and delicious and the music/vibe inside the cafe is great. Highly recommend!
