Easy-to-miss coffee spot by Cheesman Park

You could walk right past Carriage House if you didn't know to look for it. That's fine. The coffee is the whole point here, backed by a short pastry case instead of a full breakfast menu.

Cheesman Park never had many dedicated coffee shops of its own, unlike the Highlands or RiNo, so this fills a real gap for people who live nearby. Small enough to stay quiet, good for either side of a park walk.
