Austin's brunch trailer turned restaurant lands in Denver

Paperboy started as a food trailer on East 11th and South Lamar in Austin before it grew into a full sit-down brunch spot. The West Highland location on 32nd Avenue is its third restaurant and first outside Texas, sitting right across from Sassafras on one of Denver's best breakfast blocks.

The menu still leans on those Texas trailer roots. Weekend mornings bring a wait, so get there before nine if a table matters more than sleeping in.
