Modern Taiwanese plates, a wine list that wanders
Dinner here feels like an event, not a quick bite. Pig & Tiger runs a modern Taiwanese menu alongside a wine list that skips the obvious pairings on purpose, and Saturday nights lean into a sushi speakeasy energy that pulls a crowd dressed for it.
It's become one of the most talked-about openings in Denver, picking up recognition in the city's best-new-restaurant rounds through 2026. Five Points has been sharpening its restaurant scene lately, and this is one of the names pushing that forward.

I honestly can’t imagine a more uniquely delicious culinary experience in Denver. Loved it all but the jellyfish salad and cold sesame noodles were standouts for me.

We have been here several times. The food and service are always excellent. The pork belly buns are a must have. The Jellyfish salad was spicy and delicious. San is an amazing server. Best service ever. Thank you Travis for everything. Amani was our server today and provided great advice and great service. This is a must eat at restaurant in Denver.

This place was way better then we had even hoped. Looked great reviews were great and the food blew me out of the water. The boa buns are perfect. Yet the fried. Chicken?! Holy hell it’s unreal!!! So perfectly crispy on the outside the batter it’s unreal flavorful, and then you drizzle the house made hot honey over it and its magical!!!!!

5/7 -> 4 stars, don’t go out of your way, but enjoyable Overall pretty good. Really good vibe, very nice service, and good vegan options. That said, each dish was unimpressive given the price. They were all varied and creative, but lacked a depth of flavor you would expect from a fusion restaurant. Crunchy potatoes too salty, fried chicken was eh, noodles were solid, and the veggy dumplings were flavorful (these perhaps redeemed the others). Probably won’t be coming again, but am glad I tried :)

Ordered the cold sesame noodles, gua bao, and Taiwanese fried chicken. Overall, the restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming and gave great recommendations regarding portion sizes and menu items. The interior has a nice vibe as well. As for the food, we really enjoyed the gua bao and thought it was the best of the three, especially with their house made chili oil was fantastic and went well on every item, especially the gua bao. The cold sesame noodles were great as well. Every noodle was completely coated with the sauce which was extremely flavorful, almost too much so, but the vegetables in the mix toned down the intensity which made the dish even more enjoyable. Contrary to many other reviews, we both thought that the Taiwanese fried chicken was good, but not necessarily spectacular. The rice was pretty flavorful which we weren’t expecting, and the coating on the chicken was super crunchy, but the seasoning on the chicken wasn’t as crazy as some other reviews make it sound. The food is a little pricy but I believe it is fair for what you are getting, especially with the massive portion size of the chicken. Overall, this was a great dining experience with great food. I would highly recommend dining here.
