Wine racks next to car lifts, and that's the draw

Wine racks sit next to car lifts at Silver Lining, hidden inside an auto shop called Unibody Autotech. That's part of the draw, not something to explain away.

The Lilleys run it as a natural wine bar, built around small producers rather than anything you'd find at a hotel. It opened on Waimanu Street in industrial Kaka'ako in fall 2024. Open Tuesday to Saturday evenings, reservations only.

Had the most lovely dinner with beautiful wine pairings in the most unlikely of places. Housed in a building which is shared with an auto body shop, this small bar has the perfect combination of great food, lovely ambiance and excellent service. I am glad to have found this spot for a lovely dinner and I look forward to returning here when I return to Oahu in the future.

Semi-speakeasy vibes. Very intimate and quiet setting. The service was A+. Very attentive and friendly service. Wide selection of wines. Food is more appetizers but still very tasty. Most certainly will return!!

10/10!!! Honestly I know nothing about wine, and the guy there was super knowledgeable and kind in explaining the menu. The ambiance was cool too- hidden and the music didn’t make it feel stuffy at all. I ended up choosing wines from the places I’d want to visit most and all 4 I tried were amazing! I don’t normally go for wine but I would highly recommend. For food, I was blown away by the arancini! SO good! Will definitely be back.
