A hotel lobby bar that doesn't act like one
Bar Daphne sits in the lobby of Hotel Daphne, Bunkhouse's boutique spot in the Heights, but it feels like a neighborhood room that happens to have rooms upstairs. The cocktail list is built for lingering, not for one quick drink before dinner elsewhere.
Bunkhouse also runs the dining program at Hotel Saint Augustine in Montrose, and the same instinct shows up here: understated design, a short drink list worth reading twice, and staff who treat locals the same as hotel guests.

The hotel and bar is beautiful and the ambiance was great. Bar was a tad small , and seating was difficult on a Saturday night. They did let us sit on the patio. Drink service was good , selection of wine but the highlight was definitely the ambiance and the hotel. Didn’t try the food but hopefully next time.

Cool small bar with seating available inside and outside, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Cocktails were delicious and service was great.

Chard & Jeremey were amazing! We stopped by for a nightcap and got a bottle of wine. The bar was so cute, and perfect for a date night or girls night!
