The food was delicious! We were visiting Key West for the first time and it was right across the street from where we were staying. Lucas did a wonderful job. The menu was easy to understand. I had some of the best food. We were so happy to find this gem. Appreciated the play on the name of the restaurant and the Roman Chef makes every bite memorable. Our next visit to the area will definitely have this place on the list!

*Absolutely amazing 42nd birthday dinner at Conchiglia in Key West!* The whole experience was just incredible from start to finish. Our waiter, AJ, was amazing. He was attentive without hovering, super personable, and made the whole night feel special. He genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great time, and it showed. There was also a gentleman constantly zooming in and out making sure every table stayed clean and also checked in to make sure everyone was doing okay when he stopped at the tables to clean something up. You could tell the whole team takes pride in the experience. That level of service is rare. And the food — super great across the board. Everything we had was fresh and full of flavor. For my birthday they were kind enough to bring out dessert, and I chose the pistachio dessert. It was amazing and the perfect way to end the night. Conchiglia absolutely nailed it. Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent atmosphere. AJ was a wonderful server. Very friendly and attentive. He made the entire dining experience top notch in every way. The cocktails came out fast and we're delicious. Would definitely recommend this place. Ill be back for sure.

This place is such a phenomenal find! Turns out, they’re relatively new to the Key West food scene, so they’re still sort of a hidden gem. (Lucky us!) We were in Key West for five days and stopped in twice to dine with them, for lunch and for dinner. The service both times was impeccable (thank you Lucas and Mandy!), the food was phenomenal, and the calm, chill vibe was exactly what we needed to escape the frenzy of Duval St. We got to meet Chef Paolo on our first visit and loved hearing his passion for creating high quality dishes that showcase his Roman heritage. We travel to Italy every year and one of the dishes I had at Conchiglia, the arugula salad with a citrus vinaigrette and grilled chicken, reminded me of one of those simple Roman dishes that have stayed with me over the years. Everything we had during both visits was outstanding! If you’re looking for a fantastic meal, a wonderfully relaxing chill vibe, and phenomenal service, stop in here. You won’t be disappointed!

A heartfelt thank you to Michael and the whole team at Conchiglia for making our dinner so special! Due to work commitments my wife is spending a year in the US while I remain in Spain so needless to say every opportunity I get to see her is pretty special, hence me choosing Conchiglia for a romantic dinner in Key West and I am extremely happy to say they didn’t disappoint! We travel to Italy at least twice a year and we know our Italian cuisine so I did my research before choosing the restaurant because I find most of the “Italian” restaurants in the US a bit… disappointing (and what’s with this whole “Alfredo” fixation?). We were greeted by Michael (the owner) and we struck a nice chat while our table was being set (we were early) and from that moment things kept getting better and better. We were served by the amazing Danny who was EXTREMELY nice, attentive and friendly, a real asset to the restaurant. I will make sure we synchronise our schedules so next time we visit the restaurant we get to see him again! We started by ordering the fritto misto (we are big fans) and I’ve got to say that the “polenta twist” was a struck of genius and Conchiglia’s fritto misto became our gold standard. We had one pizza each and they were awesome, again on par with the best Italian ones. The desserts didn’t disappoint either: I had a limoncello concoction that was like eating a cloud and my wife had a dark chocolate mousse that was also heavenly. The icing on the cake? THEY MAKE AN AWESOME HUGO SPRITZ, my wife’s favourite drink and one we were not expecting to see in Key West! So in our opinion the restaurant gets a 10 out of 10 in food, service and ambience and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Once again thank you very much to the Conchiglia family and we hope to see you all again soon!
