Otonomus Hotel

Las Vegas Opened July 2025

A hotel run by an AI concierge, no front desk

An AI system profiles guests' preferences, handles check-in without a front desk, and a concierge called Oto fields requests. Call it a revolution or an elaborate app, but no other Las Vegas hotel works this way.

Developer Philippe Ziade of Growth Holdings built the 303-suite property, which opened in July 2025 near Allegiant Stadium. Suites have kitchens and connect into blocks for groups. Two pools and a rooftop lounge round out the building.

Good to know

• Suites connect - the layout can chain up to 10 rooms together, which makes it one of the more practical group bookings in Vegas.
• It is a few minutes from Allegiant Stadium and well off the Strip; if your trip revolves around a game or concert there, the location beats any casino resort.
• Everything runs through the app and the AI concierge, so download and set it up before you arrive.
