Disco Donkey opened on SE First Street in May 2026, one of several burger counters that arrived downtown the same season the residential towers filled up.
Smashed patties, short menu, quick turnaround. Weekday lunch is the busy stretch, and it stays open for the after-work crowd.

Absolutely one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The more I ate, the tastier it was. The vibe was great too, very fun as a quick meal without sacrificing the experience. Mary Jane was super attentive and made great recommendations. Thank you so much!

Just walking around trying to find something to eat and picked this place so random best random choice I've like ever had! Staff is so sweet, food is so amazing, widh I had ordered more. Wanna have a fun place to eat and kid friendly place this is thr place to go! Bonus the music is so jammin' too. They also take Polaroid pics for you!

Alina was great serving us. The food is great. Burger is small but tasty, they should do it slightly bigger or make it double by default. Dokey fries were amazing. Definitely recommended.

This is my second time at Disco Donkey and it did not disappoint again! I’ve gone when the restaurant was almost empty and when it was extremely packed, and both times I got my food within ten minutes of ordering. The staff is super personable and the food is truly delicious!! Best smash burgers in Miami.
