Poolside José Andrés bar on the W's Wet Deck

Glowbird took over the W Hotel's pool deck in April 2026, the fourth José Andrés room in the building after Zaytinya, Bar Mar and Butterfly. The food is deliberately unserious: Nashville fried chicken, shrimp tacos, and Aperol spritzes topped with whipped pineapple.

DJs play Friday and Saturday nights and the deck turns into a party. Weekday afternoons it is mostly hotel guests and a lot of empty loungers.
