Sylvan Park's beer garden, second act in Germantown

Streetcar opened its Germantown location on Third Avenue North in January 2026, copying what worked in Sylvan Park: a long draught list, sliders and quesadillas, and a patio big enough to lose people in.

The patio is temperature-controlled with an outdoor turf area, so it stays usable in February and August alike. Dogs and toddlers both end up on the turf.
