Perfectly Fine

A bar at night that behaves itself at lunch
Perfectly Fine opened on 51st Avenue North in The Nations in January 2025, running as a proper lunch spot by day and something looser after dark. Cocktails come made to order or straight off the tap.
Fried truffle mac and cheese sticks with vodka sauce, fried pickles with Creole ranch, a shaved ribeye sandwich with whiskey au jus. Not a subtle menu, and it knows it.

Loved this bar and the old church layout to it. Wide open dive bar vibe. Great pool table, lots of tvs, and a great cocktail list. One of my favorite places to drink and hang out in Nashville!

4 of us grabbed lunch here on a weekend afternoon, and unfortunately were left pretty unimpressed with the complete lack of customer service. Our server was fine the first 10mins but after we ordered, she never came back to the table besides to clear dishes right before we left that had been sitting for probably 45mins. We had to get up and go to the bar for every drink order and ask for water refills several times while she stood and talked to coworkers and saw her take shots behind the bar. We tried waving her down quite a few times for assistance to no avail. There were probably only 5-7 other patrons inside at this time and about 3-4 FOH workers visible so it wasn’t an understaffing/busy issue. If it was a self service order at the bar type set up, I’d totally get that and not complain. But if you’re providing table service, you can’t abandon customers after you take their order especially when you’re 100% visible to them the entire time. That then seems blatant that you don’t care/are ignoring them at that point. Food and drinks were fine. Was just really disappointed with the total lack of service.

Stopped in here as a 1st timer before a Superbowl Party with 4 friends. Bartender greeted us and gave us menus. I ordered a drink from the drinks side of the menu and saw they were all listed as $13. I decided to close out right away and saw I was charged $20 when I went to enter my 20% tip, and since it was loud and he was waiting on others didn't say anything but definitely deterred me from buying a second one as I was surprised how expensive it was for a single drink given it's in the Nations wnd not an expensive hotel/Broadway. One of the people in the group paid 23 for an expresso martini so just beware of drink prices as they can add up here with not a lot of transparency. Loved the staged sitting areas with the vintage furniture and the bathrooms were clean and how a public restroom should be.

Perfectly Fine in The Nations is a cool spot within an old church building that gives off major historic vibes. I love the unique look and feel inside! The staff was super attentive and friendly, and the cocktail menu is a knockout, with options that’ll thrill even the pickiest drink connoisseur. Food was fantastic, though they did mix up part of our order (no biggie, still delicious). The beer selection’s a bit limited but covers enough bases for most. My big set back? The club music blasting at 6 PM wasn’t quite the chill vibe I expected, great for some, just not my jam. Also, parking’s a hassle, so consider ridesharing or walking. Overall, a solid spot for the neighborhood.
