Sauced opened on Sixth Avenue North in January 2025 and does not hand you a list. You describe what you like and a bartender picks the bottle, which either delights people or annoys them, with very little in between.

Small plates come from rotating guest chefs and the vinyl collection is broad. Go with one person, not six.
