Pink Art Deco drinking next to The Arcade

Bar Roza opened in May 2026 on Arcade Alley, a pink Art Deco room built around aperitifs and digestifs rather than the bourbon everyone else downtown pours. Drinks come with focaccia, white bean hummus and olives soaked in vermouth.

The alley itself has become a reason to be downtown after work. The Ugly Bagel is a few doors along, so a bagel at noon and a spritz at six is a legitimate plan.
