Menswear from an ex-Totokaelo buyer, no website by design
Chris Green spent years buying for Need Supply and Totokaelo, two of the sharper American retailers of the 2010s. When both folded, he went small: one storefront on a quiet Carroll Gardens corner, facing a playground, with no web store and none planned.
The racks mix designer classics with emerging labels. Within a month the New York Times found it swamped with shoppers, and Monocle later ranked it among the best boutiques in the world.
Good to know
- There is deliberately no online store; if you want the stock, you have to come to Court Street.
- Open Wednesday through Sunday, roughly 12-6pm.

Great people working here - attentive even when the store is slammed. Love to see a small business thriving. Lots of inventory to choose from. Always a solid stop when we have people in town.

great addition to the neighborhood, a bit more on the formal end would be nice, i've bought pants and shoes here for events in a pinch... (not a connoisseur just a late stage millennial occasionally wanting to look more grown)

Incredible shop - great service and items have price tags - some of these other reviews are nonsense - super lovely spot & Daniel was amazing!

Great selection of menswear brands not many stores have. Staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions. Appreciate Axel and the staff helping me get the shirt I was looking for. Highly recommend this store for unique quality menswear clothing and accessories
