New beer nearly every week, now with spirits too

A new release lands almost weekly here, which keeps regulars checking the tap list more than most breweries earn. The lineup grew this year to include its own spirits and a cocktail menu built around them.

Baldwin Park has kept this one running seven years now. Sours get singled out most often in reviews, and the crowd on an anniversary weekend backs that up.

Used to be a regular. The bartender had to be reminded every time about the run club discount despite very obviously coming from the run club. I forgot to key in a tip while closing the tab when chatting with a friend at the bar. Bartender gave themselves a gracious tip and signed the bill for me. (I’ve always left a tip for every drink.) Those two instances and a handful of others that made me feel they didn’t care for my business.

Excellent, they have a wide variety of exceptional beers that we found very impressive. Were beer snobs so not easily impressed by much. They have darts and multiple video games as well. Hands down my new favorite central Florida brewery behind hidden springs in Tampa. 10/10 good job guys, keep the unique and original beers pouring. Will 100% be back again. Nick the bar tender was kind, friendly, funny and made very good recommendations and was a pleasure to talk to. New hole in the wall favorite! Great job guys!!!

Great spot in Baldwin with a variety of styles. Always love seeing a Lukr faucet for some side-pulled lagers (Had their base lager through the Lukr during my visit). Bar, table and outdoor seating with fantastic service!

Fantastic brewery with an impressive selection of fruit sours! Every sour we tried was bursting with fresh fruit flavors. Evan is knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations, and the overall experience was dope. If you’re a fan of fruited sours, this brewery is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be back!

Tactical Brewing is one of my favorite local spots! The beer selection is always excellent with plenty of unique options to try, and the atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back. Whether you're meeting friends, grabbing a drink after work, or checking out one of their events, it's always a great experience. Friendly staff, great brews, and a fun community vibe make this a place I keep coming back to.
