Live fire Southeast Asian cooking from a Top Chef winner

Hung Huynh runs the kitchen, the same chef who won Top Chef back in 2009. Everything on the menu passes through live fire at some point. It's Southeast Asian food built around char rather than the usual stir fry approach.

The space cycled through the Twisted Handle and then the Brass Tap before Pomelo took over this spring. Mills 50 gained a chef driven kitchen with a real pedigree behind it.
