Jamaican flavors landing inside the historic Metcalf Building

Negril's team is behind this one, turning the old TD Bank space inside the historic Metcalf Building into a full Jamaican restaurant and lounge. The city's downtown restaurant program helped fund the build out, a rare vote of confidence for a Black owned concept downtown.

It's set to open before the year is out, on a corner vacant since the bank moved out. Watch for the sign on Orange Avenue.
