Snail

Vintage that actually comes in your size, in Old City
Most vintage shops have the same problem: everything good comes in one small size. Snail buys deliberately across the size spectrum instead, classic Americana like worn denim, workwear and old tees mixed with vintage housewares and accessories.
Snail opened at 159 N 3rd Street in August 2025, adding a vintage shop to an Old City block better known for galleries. The Old City District gave it a warm welcome, and PhillyVoice covered it before the doors even opened.
Good to know
- The racks genuinely carry a wide range of sizes, which is rare for vintage, worth a look even if you usually strike out.
- Check the housewares shelves too; it's not just clothing.

Beautifully curated store! I loved all the little snail details around 🐌 They had great displays of clothes and home goods, perfect for gifts or a little present for yourself! The fitting room in the back area is super helpful. There’s also a sales section too which I browsed very thoroughly
