Dry-aged, free-range birds roasted whole and pulled apart with a choice of dipping sauces, roasted potatoes on the side. It's the latest project from Ken Gordon, a name Portland diners have known for decades, this time parked outside Gorges Beer Co. on SE Ankeny.

Go half a bird solo, whole if there's a group. It only runs a few days a week, so check hours before you make the trip.
