The cheese counter is the move here: taste your way from soft, spreadable styles to aged, sliceable wheels before picking a block to take home. Everything's dairy-free, made by a Portland team that's been at this for nearly twelve years.

The shop shares its space with vegan pasta bar Adelleda, and the deli sandwiches are built around the same cheese, so you can taste-test on the spot. It's a proper storefront for a name that's long stocked the city's grocery shelves.
