Eva's opened on 4th Ave in June 2026, the follow-up to House Of Eve in South Lake Union. It runs all day: espresso and counter brunch in the morning, pasta and salads and cocktails after dark.
The room is all pale wood and soft lighting, more design-hotel than neighborhood cafe. Come for the brunch, stay if the crowd suits you.

The service was disappointing. The staff member was completely absorbed in a long conversation with one particular customer and ignored everyone else waiting to order. I understand being friendly, but customers should not be left standing there without acknowledgment while a personal conversation continues. The staff should be more attentive and make sure all customers are served in a timely manner.

One of those places you’ll definitely want to come back to. The coffee was delicious, the breakfast was amazing, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful start to the day! ☕️🤍

Found this absolute gem today! The coffee was perfectly brewed with the cutest latte art, and the breakfast toast/sandwich was incredibly fresh and delicious. The aesthetic inside is so cozy and chic. Definitely my new favorite spot
