Rip-and-dip bagels in a former Papa John's
Jaded Bagels opened in January 2026 in a shuttered Lake City Papa John's, and quietly became one of the cheapest good breakfasts in the city.
Order a bagel, pick a schmear, tear it apart and dip. The chocolate chip cookie with pretzel salt on top is worth the extra couple of dollars.

I had a great experience at the bagel shop! The bagels were fresh, huge, and delicious. Definetly one of the best bagels I have had in a while in Seattle.

these bagels are tall and real fluffy, but still the dense chew of a bagel. The entire top of the bagel insides is covered with whatever topping you like: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, etc. Short hours and freshly made make this an early stop my must do list.

Great place to get bagels in North Seattle! The highlight of this place was their scallion spread, the cinnamon sugar bagel was very interesting, my first time trying a sweet bagel. Overall, I definitely like this experience a little bit better than their other locations at toasted. Overall, I recommend and would come back.

New favorite bagel spot (and we’ve tried all of them in Seattle). Crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The sesame chocolate chip cookie is also SO GOOD, don’t sleep on it. The service is amazing - didn’t get his name but the guy working the front today was so welcoming and nice. Getting a shirt next time we go (super cute).

Jaded Bagels reminds me of the New York bagels I grew up on. My family is from the Bronx and finding a decent bagel in Seattle has been... Challenging. Jaded Bagels hits the spot... Fresh, boiled and baked deliciousness. So excited about this place opening in Lake City! The cinnamon bagel is divine, can't wait to try the sesame... Seeds all around, not just the top :) Only wish for some tables to be able to dine in or along the sidewalk. Welcome to the neighborhood <3 <3
