70 & Sunny opened on Alaskan Way in January 2026, a pink and yellow walk-up window on a stretch of waterfront near Pier 70 that had nothing before it.
Usual espresso drinks, plus a marionberry mocha cold brew and a salted brown sugar latte. No seating, so take it with you.

This is the perfect place to grab a coffee while going to the park next door or grabbing a coffee for a walk along the waterfront. I got their signature drink which was great! Aa well as a breakfast sandwich. Staff was kind and service was fast/ great.

Love this coffee shop! The baristas are friendly and welcoming and I am obsessed with the marionberry cold foam which I’ve had with a matcha and cold brew. Both tasted incredible! They have great sweet and savory breakfast options which are perfect for enjoying outside the shop on the pier or as you walk along the water. The location, vibe and quality of drinks here are unbeatable!

Finally a coffee shop by Olympic Sculpture Park once again!! The crew here always provides amazing service (and great conversation when the lines allow). They also are the only place accessible to me by foot that makes marionberry syrup and it’s very good — the elliot bay fog and the marionberry mocha cold brew are to die for. It’s a perfect stop before a long walk through the park — my dog loves it too for the pup cups. Highly recommend the visit!!! Also bonus points for the cutest logo in town.

Super cute walk-up coffee shop on Pier 70, right by Sculpture Park. Easy to grab a drink and a snack while walking around, plus a few tables if you choose to people (+ dog) watch. Genuinely good coffee -- I had the drip and went back for a second round.

70 and Sunny is an unbeatable spot to take in the Olympic Mountains while enjoying a cup of coffee. We stop by regularly on our morning commute and it never disappoints!
