Chinese-influenced coffee at the north end of the Hill
Offline opened on Bellevue Ave E in February 2026. Matcha with fruit purees, cold brew under a maple mont blanc foam, and a shelf of small ceramics for sale.
It's quieter than the Pike-Pine cafes and easier to get a seat in on a Sunday.

Great experience with my orange osmanthus latte! My partner got the Yezzi latte and while that wasn’t her favorite, we are def going to come back bc they had so many yummy drink options! Cute decorations and really colorful atmosphere. They also have outdoor seating!

i had an awesome experience here! i remembered watching offline coffee’s tiktoks of their build up and start and knew i had to stop by whenever i came to seattle and that was today :> i got their orange osmanthus latte which was sooo delicious. the flavors of the orange zest and floral notes from osmanthus worked beautifully in their latte. i love the community aspect of the cafe as well with local ceramic goods and arts! really fun to look at while waiting for your drink and i picked up one of the $1 art prints. the staff are really nice, and i think one of them was one of the cofounders. they even exchanged my dollar for me since i didn’t have quarters 🥹 i will definitely be back next time i’m in town!

Really vibey cafe with good selection of artisan drinks, I really liked the iced double matcha I ordered! It was rich in taste and flavor, well worth the more premium price. My friends strawberry and banana matcha lattes were also top notch.

The banana bread cream is SO GOOD. Recommend on adding to any cold brew or beverage for a topping or ordering the banana bread latte. The vibe inside is chill, cozy and cool. They have a little section of some matcha goods and they have a cool small print vending machine. Small pastry collection and the pastries itself were okay. The price of a coffee is definitely on the higher end, like 8.25 before tax (which matches a lot of seattle places now). Shitty location parking wise, kind of difficult to find in that area of capitol hill. Owners though seemed very sweet and happy to be there!

Had an awesome experience at Offline Coffee Co.. The service was genuinely warm and welcoming, and the matcha was next level. I tried the iced banana bread matcha latte and it was absolutely incredible—smooth, well-balanced, packed with flavor, and not too sweet. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.
