Bellingham beer and Detroit-ish pies in a former Zeek's

Aslan Brewing opened its third Seattle taproom in April 2026 on S Genesee St, in a Zeek's Pizza that had closed. The beer is the Bellingham lineup, organic and mostly hoppy.

The pizza got a rethink, including a copy of Rubirosa's tie-dye pie in New York. The patio is the reason to come in summer.
