Louie's Deli opened in May 2026 in the back corner of an event space on 2nd Ave S, from the Good Shape Pizza crew. The sesame rolls have crunch and chew, and the cold cuts are sliced thin enough to see through.

Lunch only, mostly takeaway. Even the dressed lettuce on the side is worth eating on its own.

A hidden gem. I don't think you can get a bec sandwich like this anywhere in the city (bacon, egg and cheese). The east coast has a million but we have Louie's!!

Without a doubt, the best sandwich place in Seattle. We have needed a place like this for so long that this has become such a breath of fresh air. Great, fresh ingredients and the bread makes it a top tier bite. The space may be small, but the flavors are all big. Worth the wait and not surprising when they sell out. Hope we get to continue to get more amazing food from Louie’s for a long time!!

I know what you’re thinking, $10 for a Bacon, egg and cheese? Absolutely. This is a substantial sandwich. It’s on a dense, almost bagel/bialy style sourdough poppy seed roll, there’s a solid amount of all BE&C. I had to add some salt & pepper to meet my taste, but everyone is different.
