Saigon Oi Kitchen & Bar

A big Vietnamese room on E Madison
Saigon Oi opened on E Madison St in February 2026, large by Madison Valley standards, with more than one scooter parked inside as decoration.
Banh mi, pho, vermicelli and rice plates cover the basics. Order the salt and pepper wings while you decide.

Stopped by here to pick up some food. There was a bit of a wait to get a seat, which tells me it’s great food. The atmosphere is very nice. I came back another day. It was really impressed by their food. The place inside is gorgeous as well. Portions are large, very flavourful and reasonably priced.

Our favorite Seattle spot for viet food! We got pho, vermicelli with charred chicken, and filet mignon rice plate. Everything was delicious! The pho’s soup was flavourful and deep, Sophie was an amazing server and the filet mignon was super tender as well. We’re so glad we have this close to home!

I am ADDICTED to this place! The atmosphere is beautiful and the craftmanship they put into their food is exquisite. The pho is obviously made the way it should be, with the broth cooking for hours. The flavors are delicious and the veggies arent just giant chunks of cabbage. The prices are reasonable too! If you want amazing Vietnamese food, this is your spot! Its family owned and ran as well <3

Been here a few times and I really like it. Good restaurant with a cute vintage vibe and nice decor. The atmosphere feels cozy and unique. Their bun bo hue is probably the best in town 🥰. Everything we tried was great and the customer service was friendly too. Overall a really good place with good food and a nice vibe.

I like the atmosphere. The service is fine. The sauce is too sweet for me. It’s good if you like Vietnamese food from Southern Vietnam.
