Focaccia sandwiches in the middle of the tech offices

Panino opened on Dexter Ave N in April 2026, a small shop doing focaccia sandwiches stuffed with Italian cold cuts and cheese.

It's the first of its kind in this stretch of South Lake Union, so the 12.30 rush is real. Go at 11.45 and you'll walk straight in.

A true hidden gem in Seattle. This restaurant has amazing, fresh food. We shared the caprese on focaccia and burrata pizza and both were delicious. I’ll be thinking about the focaccia for a very long time. We did not expect to find such good pizza in Seattle. The staff were friendly and it was clean. I highly recommend!

Loved everything. Very fresh, flavorful and filling. Best part was the focaccia!! Definitely a must try. Had the parma and tacchino

Hearty sandwich with fresh ingredients. I got the spicy tacchino on focaccia, it had the right amount of sauce for me plus a generous amount of meat. It might not be saucy enough for some, but overall a great meal to start the day!

This Italian sandwich shop is highly recommended! I tried the Miele, and it was fantastic. The prosciutto di Parma was flavorful, the arugula was fresh, the focaccia was perfect, and the stracciatella had the ideal texture and flavor. Definitely worth a visit!

Great place to get sandwiches around the Seattle area, I got their Parma, which was very good, I love how you could barely taste the tomato, but you can still have that refreshing taste of it complimented with the cheese, meat, arugula, and olive oil. Overall, I recommend it will come back.
