Sno Thai Cafe Madison

★ 4.8 · 39 reviews Seattle Opened April 2026

Thai for dinner, Filipino for breakfast

Sno Thai opened on E Madison St in April 2026 with two menus. Dinner is Thai: noodles, curries, rice plates.

Breakfast and brunch is where it gets interesting, with ube pancakes and tapsilog on a separate Filipino list. Madison Valley didn't have anything like it.

Really yummy Thai food and great outdoor patio. Friendly service and lots of seating. Will be coming back!

Perfectly tasty Thai food. Unfortunately, not as good as the two prior Thai places which occupied the same location, Hanuman and Araya. It’s unclear how much continuity there has been; however, there’s new management/ownership and a new menu. A little pricey.

This place is so lovely! The patio is tucked away off Madison and is the best kept secret! It shaded and quiet and perfect for dining al fresco! The food is good too! Come for the vibes stay for the food

Great food, cool location. Orders are made quickly and are always piping hot. My main issue is that there is seemingly no spice. We’ve ordered twice now. First time, I had three star spice level and barely felt it. I upped to five stars this time and the experience was similar. I understand that we’re in Madison Park, but c’mon, give us a little heat!

Sno-Thai Cafe opened in Madison Valley in April 2026. We live near by and gave them a try for dinner. The food was quite good. They have a varied menu with all the standards and some dishes that were new to us. We had the Crispy Chive Dumplings, crispy on the outside and soft inside with a great dipping sauce. The larb gai was also excellent (minced chicken rolled up in lettuce with a Thai sauce). Our entree was Stewed Pork Rice with hard boiled egg and pickled vegetables, with a spicy sauce. Delicious and nicely served. Portions are generous and prices reasonable. There are plenty of vegetarian options. They have beer, wine and mixed drinks. There is nice patio seating if the weather is nice, while the inside is pleasant with plenty of seating for large groups. Sno-Thai is a great addition to our neighborhood restaurants. Highly recommended.
