Rumali roti blistered while you watch
Cafe Ashiana opened on Harvard Ave in February 2026, an Indian counter where the grill is in full view. Rumali roti goes on the dome and blisters in seconds, kebabs line up beside it.
Most of the menu is wraps and plates with a choice of protein. Biryani is a Wednesday and Thursday special and you should pre-order it earlier in the week.

Food was great. Had chicken puff pastry so light and fluffy. Owner was so hospitable and personable!

I've tried almost every Indian kabab spot in greater Seattle. I rarely found a good kabab place, so I stopped ordering it. We casually found this place and tried three different kababs, all of which were delicious. The rumali roti and sauces were super tasty too. I'd definitely order again from here if we're in the area.

I want to be a tough grader but this HAS to be 5 stars. It's a bit like a street food stand in a store, just delicious!

Food is outstanding! If you’re looking for authentic tikka and kebab flavors, don’t miss this place. Everything was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The fresh rumali roti, made right in front of you, is a rare treat and adds to the whole experience. Simply wow! Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious, authentic food.
