The Green Almond Pantry team goes Turkish
The Green Almond Pantry team opened My Little Chamomile down Cherry Hill Lane in September 2025, in a room small enough that booking matters on a Friday.
Mezze, salads, beef dumplings, whole branzino. The alley setting does more for the meal than a street-facing dining room would.

Tucked away down an alley, in the heart of Georgetown, this little Turkish restaurant was so lovely. The food was sensational and felt like something you might have in someone’s home in Turkey. We sat at the counter and the service was excellent; our server was very thorough and thoughtful about her recommendations.

I had my best dining experience here. The food was outstanding, full of flavor and beautifully done, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I came in with my baby and couldn’t have felt more welcome. Everyone there was extremely nice, from the host to the waiter to the chef. We got to talk with all of them, which was such an unexpected surprise. Honestly the best dining experience I’ve had in my five years in the US. We’ll absolutely be back.

This little hidden gem in Georgetown is great for a date night spot or a girls night out! We made a reservation same day and actually arrived a little early and were seated right away. The menu has a ton of small plate options to share and a handful of larger plates that are shareable. The flavors of the dishes were so magnificent! Each dish we had was out of this world. The service was quick and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as we asked questions about the dishes. We will definitely be back! Make sure to say hi to Cracker Jack, the sweetest alley cat ever 🥹 we will be back soon!

Amazing hidden gem in Georgetown! Delectable flavors, unique dishes, great mix of dips, meats, and veggies cooked with love. Our server was super helpful with our ordering and walking us through the dishes. Everything was easy to share and made for a nice communal eating experience! Definitely recommend for a nice weekend date night.

The food was really really good but the portions are too tiny for the price point. You can’t serve mantı with appetizer portions for $24. It’s robbery, it doesn’t even cost this much in NYC. Besides the price, the quality of the food was good! And I enjoyed the appetizer and Turkish coffee as well.
