Vietnamese heritage in the glass, art on every wall

Unu treats the room like a gallery that happens to serve dinner. The kitchen takes Vietnamese heritage cooking and pushes it toward something more international, while the art and architecture get equal billing with the menu.

Cocktails sit at the top end of what Saigon charges, and the crowd matches the price: the city's design set mixed with hotel guests from the blocks around Ho Tung Mau.
