Vier is a wine house first, food second. The bottles are picked for a point of view and the plates are built to sit next to them, not steal focus.
It sits inside Vinhomes Golden River, on the strip of riverfront that used to be the Ba Son shipyard. Skip the street name and just tell your driver to head for the Riverview 4 block.

great Valentines dinner last night. GM/sommelier picked a reserve Rioja for us to pair with delicious duck sausage, perfectly cooked Black Angus and mushroom sauce even crab pasta with large chunks of crab. All expertly served and explained by Hao. Enjoyed the band during dinner and coffee. Even enough room to dance! Thanks for a great night in your wine cellar dining room! ps convenient to Ba Son metro / Saigon bridge
