Tank-to-table seafood on the hotel strip
Costa sits on Trần Phú between the InterContinental and the Costa apartment complex, and works the way most serious Nha Trang seafood places do: pick what you want from the tanks by weight, choose how it should be cooked, and it comes out about fifteen minutes later.
Lobster, mantis shrimp, grouper and clams are the usual order, either steamed with lemongrass or grilled with spring onion oil. It has one of the more comfortable dining rooms in the category, and the tanks are right there to point at.

Stopped at Costa Seafood for dinner recently. The seafood was fresh and very well prepared. The fresh deep fried tiger grouper was really delicious.

4.5 on food actually. Had a dinner there with basic dishes. Thats probably why they didnt have much of a chance to show me the exceptional taste as I expected from all the reviews. But it doesn't take away their credits for the delicious dishes they brought out. Next time imma try all the fancy dishes then. See you again, Costa

Our favorite place in Nha Trang. We eat there everyday for breakfast, sometimes lunch n dinner too cauz the food is tasty n very nice service. It's a bit more pricey than other local restaurants but it's worth it, especially if u go with kid, they support you very well. If you stay in the Costa Apartment, you can have food delivered to your room, free of charge.

I have eaten at Costa 4 times and every time I am very satisfied. The seafood is super fresh, the spices are always rich and flavorful. Professional service, the manager is always very attentive. Highly recommend at Costa Seafood baked dishes, they are very delicious. I see some reviews saying it's expensive, wanting fresh seafood in a luxurious space but asking for it to be cheap is too unreasonable . Now sitting and standing up to eat seafood on the sidewalk costs 500-700k per person. I went to eat with friends and family at Costa Seafood, each time I went around, it was about 1 million per person and I was full, I ordered many dishes and felt it was still cheap. And we will be back after Chinese holiday ..Merry Christmas and Happy New year
