Khánh Hòa seafood the way locals order it

Skip the seafront tourist traps and head a block inland to Tân Lập, where Cát Biển has been grilling fish and steaming crab for local families since long before the beach got crowded. The sea snails come with lemongrass and chilli, the way Khánh Hòa cooks have always made them.

The dining room is plain, the menu runs long, and weekends bring whole families in for lunch. No frills, just the real thing.
