One wood fire, the whole menu, run by Antigua's Young Chef of the Year

Everything at Charr'd comes off a single wood fire: flame-grilled meats, whole fish, and vegetables finished with a smoky, Mediterranean-leaning char. The kitchen is led by chef Mint, named Antigua and Barbuda's Young Chef of the Year, whose name was already drawing a crowd before the doors opened on Epicurean Drive.

Coffee and pastries start the day at 9am and run straight through dinner, with a dedicated Sunday brunch. Within weeks of opening it landed a spot in the Restaurant Week 2025 Foodie Raffle, a quick nod for a brand-new address.
