A 17th-century plantation house, reopened as hotel and restaurant

Dinner happens in the old main-house gallery, under stonework that predates Antigua's tourist boom by three centuries. The building sat between Marble Hill and Blue Waters for generations before this restoration turned it into the island's newest hotel.

The kitchen plays it contemporary against the colonial bones, and the place has moved fast: a nod for Caribbean's Best Brunch Venue at the 2026 World Culinary Awards, plus regular live-music nights alongside dinner service.
