Matcha, treated like the main event

Most cafes bury matcha on a menu next to five kinds of oat milk latte. This one builds the whole bar around it, ceremonial grade included, priced like the specialty item it is. The everyday latte stays cheap.

Seating is tight, so grab a takeaway cup and walk it up Smith Street. It's one of the more interesting new openings in Collingwood this year.
