Joy Scaianski didn't come up through kitchens, her path ran through art and wine before she landed in hospitality, and Maison Poesy reflects that: brasserie roots, seasonal produce, and dishes that wander further afield when the mood strikes.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner each get their own menu rather than one card stretched thin across the day. Wine and cocktails carry the same attention as the food.
