Sofia Opened 2025

A world-ranked coffee shop lands on Hristo Belchev

The original in Varna ranks 45th among the world's 100 best coffee shops, and this Sofia room pours the same beans. SNACK! Specialty Coffee, a Bulgarian roaster working with small farms, supplies the cups.

Order and pay through a QR code at the table, so you can leave mid-rush without waiting on a bill. The garden stays shaded most of the day, worth a layer outside summer.
