Square croissants, Scandi calm, chef Dobrin Atanasov

Come for the square croissants. Robin Lab bakes them precise and clean, the way the whole room looks: white walls, quiet lines, a single ficus by the door that's become something of a local mascot. Chef Dobrin Atanasov runs a Danish-style gastro bakery here on Ivan Denkoglu, and the trays empty fast.

Specialty coffee, prices fair for the neighborhood. Mondays it's pastry and coffee only, no kitchen.

This café looks much better than it actually is. The guy serving us was friendly, but also a bit unusual — almost as if we were bothering him. The espresso was very average, which honestly surprised me because I expected much more. The seating area is nice, and the magazines they have on display gave the impression that this place had great taste and would be something special, but unfortunately it didn’t quite deliver. It’s still a pleasant spot to escape the sun and relax, but if you’re specifically looking for a great coffee, I would probably choose somewhere else.

At first, this place was great, with a delicious and varied menu. Unfortunately, the latest menu consisted mostly of heavy, greasy dishes, with too much fried food, oil, and chips. There were hardly any healthier or more interesting options, unlike in the beginning. We tried four different dishes. The scrambled eggs were the only one that was okay, mainly because the butter was served on the side.

The pastry is IMPECCABLE! Absolute perfection, world-class level 🔥🏆 Also the food is absolutely perfect in every sense. On another note I don’t understand how it’s expected of you to clear your own table etc. The place lives between bakery and quick-bite canteen, but with the prices of a fine dining restaurant. It’s a very strange zone. In any case I would visit again, because that pain au chocolat was just next level!

Love this place! The atmosphere is great and their pastries are delicious. I’ve been here several times and it’s already one of my favorite places in Sofia. The coffee is pretty good too. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I would definitely come back to try more dishes from the menu My only concern is that it’s a little stuffy probably because of the open kitchen. It would be nice if they turned on the air conditioner properly

Wow!! This place is AMAZING! Honestly, having lunch at this establishment was one of the highlights of my trip to Bulgaria. Our food was phenomenal. The meals were delicious and the ingredients tasted super fresh/high quality. The BEST lunch. We got the grilled cheese, potato soup, and swedish meatballs. What made this experience really amazing was the staff. The employees were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our experience good. Overall, the best experience and I will recommend this to everyone!! Amazing food, Amazing vibes, and amazing staff. 10/10
