Chocolate pieces that look like jewelry

Skip the overstuffed pastry cases. This boutique arm of 100 Grama Sladki on Tsar Shishman keeps things tight: macarons, eclairs, crunches and desserts made with Callebaut Belgian chocolate, chosen rather than piled high.

The hand-painted chocolate pieces are the real draw, closer to jewelry than snack. Judging by the after-work line forming outside, Sofia agrees mastery beats quantity.

The shop is small and it's a belgian chocolate store btw. I tried their crunch and eclair it was really nice and the bag and packaging is also really fancy. The eclair caught my eye and they offer 6 different type of eclair (or 5) and also around 6 different type of crunch. Blueberry one taste nice, and the mango eclair is super refreshing!!! im not the biggest fan of the chocolate on top but i think i did chew on some mango chunk within the cream of course it's not the cheapest option, the eclair was 5.5€ and the crunch was 3.2€ the crunch is a layer of cream with flavour of your choice and chocolate mix with nuts or something crunchy im not so sure - but tastes nice :)

Good luck to the new pastry shop! Right at the opening, I received a tasting set of sweets and candies that tasted great and were decorated perfectly!
