A stand-up espresso stall on Hollywood Road
No chairs, no menu to linger over, just a window counter pulling espresso for people cutting between the antique shops and galleries on Hollywood Road. Orders move fast, closer to an Italian bar counter than the sit-and-linger format most new Central coffee shops chase.
Hollywood Road has spent years rezoning itself around Tai Kwun and the PMQ, antique dealers thinning out as cafes fill the gaps. Artista Perfetto bets there's still room for a fast, cheap coffee stop on a street otherwise filling up with sit-down spots.
