Maison Natsukashii
Hong Kong Opened February 2026
French terrines meet Japanese pickles on Gough Street
Terrine on one side, tsukemono on the other, neither one gets top billing on the menu at this Gough Street wine bar. Natural and low-intervention bottles fill the list, tracking Hong Kong's drift away from Bordeaux and Burgundy toward smaller producers.
The name splits the difference too: maison for house, natsukashii for nostalgic, mashed together right there on the sign. Stand at the bar out front or grab one of the few seated tables in back if you're working through the whole small-plates menu.
