Chiffon cake with a mochi twist, sold by the slice

One product, done right: a chiffon cake with mochiko rice flour folded into the batter, giving it a denser, chewier crumb than the standard version. Slices sit in a display case, whole cakes go out for pickup.

K11 Musea has chased design-forward, photogenic food tenants since 2019, and Mochiffon fits the brief, a cake built as much for how it looks as how it tastes. It's one of several dessert shops that landed on the mall's lower floors in early 2026.
