Sydney's flat white, now on a Hong Kong footbridge

Little Cove Espresso's Hong Kong debut skips the seats and the pastry case entirely. It's a walk-up counter built into the Central Yards footbridge, pouring the same flat white recipe as the Coogee original in Sydney.

The New Central Harbourfront has turned into a proper promenade lately, alongside the Central Market renovation and Tamar Park's events space. This kiosk is built for that crowd: joggers and weekend walkers along the water, not office workers on a lunch break.
